I wanted to thank you for the wonderful yoga class...... taking your yoga class and being coached on a weekly basis about breathing and other aspects of birth helped me immensely in achieving my goal of an unmedicated birth, as well as with the quick recovery that I experienced. I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to attend your prenatal yoga class; I will remember it as one of the highlights of my first pregnancy.

Yoga Props or Household Items for Class

All you really need is yourself, just as you are. Yet if you happen to have any of the following items, they can make the practice more comfortable & create an easier time adapting the movements to meet your individual needs. Yet they’re not essential!:

  • Yoga mat
  • A chair (without wheels) – ideally one without arms
  • Firm blankets or pillows (1-5)
  • Yoga strap (or a regular belt you might use in life, or a long towel)
  • Yoga blocks (2)
  • If available, empty wall space (or back of a closed door)
