In-Person at Community Corners

Join us for a shared-energy practice in our beautiful, intimate studio. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. If a class is full, please join the waitlist!

  • Single Class: $25
  • 4-Class Pack: $76 (Valid for 8 weeks + Birth Pause*)
  • 8-Class Pack: $144 (Valid for 16 weeks + Birth Pause*)

*The Birth Pause – Let Diane know your news! She will extend your pass for one additional year so your credits don’t expire. You can resume scheduling your postnatal yoga classes when you are ready.

Teaching since 1994 with 2,000+ hours of specialized training, I provide a slow, methodical approach designed to honor the unique physical & emotional shifts of the pregnancy-postpartum continuum.

In our intimate studio at Community Corners, we move beyond the ‘poses’ to address the real-life experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. We practice staying present without judgment, using breathwork and movement as tools to build strength, reduce tension, and foster deep inner awareness.

  • Tailored Movement: Every pose is adapted to your unique needs. My guidance is slow and methodical, helping you learn how to care for your body at every stage of the pregnancy-postpartum continuum.

  • Community Connection: There is something special about practicing in a shared space. These in-person sessions at Community Corners allow for a unique level of support and connection among those navigating similar journeys.
  • The Power of a Blended Space: By bringing prenatal and postnatal students together in one session, we create a rare space for shared wisdom. Those preparing for birth get to see the reality of the “fourth trimester”, and those in the postpartum year can reconnect with the grounding tools they used during pregnancy.
