This is the standard weekly schedule, yet classes may be cancelled due to holidays or illness.  Please check the Cancellations link, below, to ensure your class is in session.

$17/class***
$60 for 4 classes within 5 weeks
$104 for 8 classes within 10 weeks

*** Prenatal Yoga class suggested fee is $17. Yet you may choose the option of Pay What You Want (PWYW), starting at $5. This PWYW option will be available through May 2025, to make sessions accessible to as many people as possible.

Welcome to Fine Spirit Yoga

Fine Spirit Yoga is the home to practicing “life through the language of yoga” with Diane Fine.  Online yoga instruction with Diane includes group classes (for all levels of experience), prenatal yoga, couples birth preparation workshops, and individual sessions.  Diane’s guidance is slow & methodical; with explanations of how to adapt the movements, which helps students learn how to care for their specific needs.  Her approach to mindful movement & breathwork is infused with guidance on staying present without judgment.  Diane offers reminders on how to use these tools of yoga off of the mat, increasing inner awareness, physical & emotional balance, and ease in flowing with all aspects of life.
