Welcome to Fine Spirit Yoga

With a teaching practice established in 1994, I am thrilled to offer a hybrid schedule. Whether we meet in our intimate studio at Community Corners or connect from your home via Zoom, I am honored to support your practice.

My approach is rooted in the heart-centered principles of Kripalu Yoga and a deep, alignment-based wisdom. Whether you are in a rhythm of everyday life, or in the midst of the pregnancy-postpartum continuum, I look forward to seeing you on the mat as we explore the transformative power of yoga together.
